The "SOS Education-Student Internship Program" intends to offer to the selected, highly qualified, American, Romanian and Indian students, internships in Romania, India and in the US. The internships in Romania and in India will offer the opportunity to work for Romanian or Indian Companies that will be participating in the program, or for Branches of Foreign Companies in Romania and India.
    The participation in this program will expose the students to the specific work environment and work culture, and will increase the students' confidence in the local resources. The program will give to the participating institution and companies the opportunity to transfer work habits and to build needed qualities in these young people that can represent them, or work for them in the future.
    The internships in the US, intended more for Romanian and Indian students, will give them an opportunity to experience a period of actual work and live in the US.
    For American, Romanian and Indian students participating, this program will be a gate to the emerging technologies and will empower the participants with a hands-on experience in the global market as well as give them exposure to American life and values.
    In the same time this program will expose American families to the culture and talent of the Romanian and Indian people, as well as to the challenges their country is facing now.
    We hope that the Romanian and Indian students that will participate in the "Internship in the US Programs" will be able to return to their native counties with a better understanding of Democracy and Free Market Economy, and will be able to promote these ideas when their turn comes to be in a leadership role.
