1. We work to create awareness of financial and material difficulties encountered by students in schools, colleges, universities, research and scientific institutes, scouts and similar organizations.

   2. We work to directly help the students and their educators to overtake these difficulties and to achieve their final educational goals.

   3. We work to contribute to the spreading of the ideas of Democracy and Free Enterprise.

   4. We work to promote a multilateral exchange of values for establishing cultural ties on a personal level between students and teachers of different countries.
